Request Data Deletion

Important Deletion Information

This portal processes data erasure requests for the Iki Wellness App, developed and managed by Iki Wellness. Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.

STEPS TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION:

Provide your registered Name and Email Address in the input fields below.
(Optional) Select your primary reason for leaving to help us improve.
Acknowledge and check the legal data-erasure confirmation box.
Click the "Delete Account & Data" button to submit.

DATA RETENTION & ERASURE SPECIFICATIONS:

Data Deleted: Your personal identification (Name, Email), subscription/waitlist status, synced consistency logs, streaks, and custom recipe profiles.
Data Kept: Anonymized usage events and aggregated analytics statistics (which cannot be associated with any individual identity).
Retention Period: Active account logs are disabled instantly. Sync archives and storage backups are completely overwritten and purged within 30 days of request submission.
