Yes! All core ritual guides, timers, ingredient library cards, and daily streak logs function 100% offline. Any streak recorded offline will synchronize whenever your device reconnects.

Yes. While viewing any ritual recipe card, tap the Edit Steps icon to customize preparation durations, add personal ingredient notes, or change the timer pacing.

Iki celebrates showing up consistently rather than toxic perfection. Completing your designated daily ritual adds to your streak. If life gets busy and you miss a day, your historical percentage remains preserved, and you can resume seamlessly tomorrow.

On iOS, open your device Settings → Notifications → Iki Wellness and ensure "Allow Notifications" and "Banners" are turned on. Also make sure Focus or Do Not Disturb modes are not silencing scheduled alerts.

Open the Iki app, navigate to Profile / Settings → Membership, and tap "Restore Purchases". Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Subscriptions on iOS are managed directly by Apple. Go to your iPhone’s Settings → Tap Your Name at the top → Subscriptions → Iki Wellness, where you can modify or cancel at any time.

You can immediately submit an automated deletion request via our Account Deletion Portal. All associated email records and cloud waitlist entries are permanently deleted within 24 hours.
