2. Products & Botanical Offerings

Iki Wellness provides raw natural botanical ingredients, DIY preparation accessories, ceramics, wooden tools, and companion habit-tracking software. While we strive to display botanical textures, colors, and descriptions with utmost accuracy:

• Natural ingredients (herbs, cold-pressed oils, clays) may vary slightly in aroma, shade, and texture between harvesting batches.
• Our products are intended for general cosmetic and daily wellness self-care rituals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical disease.
• Users are encouraged to perform a standard 24-hour patch test before full application of any botanical formulation.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All product prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise.

• We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice before an order is placed.
• Online payments are securely processed through authorized, RBI-compliant payment gateway partners, including Cashfree Payments.
• We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, and authorized digital wallets.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Iki Wellness reserves the right to accept or decline your order for reasons such as product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or issues flagged by our payment fraud prevention systems.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Cancellations

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "IKI WELLNESS", logos, visual graphics, product descriptions, website design, UI layout, and proprietary digital timer software, is the exclusive intellectual property of BANSIDHAR GOPIRAM and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Iki Wellness and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India.
